About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Drainage Solutions Project Manager to join our team. This position combines both leadership and hands-on work in the field. You’ll be the key point of contact for drainage projects—meeting with clients, quoting solutions, managing crews onsite, and ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential and commercial drainage systems who enjoys a balance of client-facing responsibilities and fieldwork. You’ll not only oversee projects but also work alongside the crew to deliver quality solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with potential clients from provided leads, assess drainage issues, and prepare accurate quotes.
• Act as the lead engineer/project manager on-site, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and crew performance.
• Provide technical expertise on drainage solutions, including grading, water diversion, French drains, sump systems, and other methods.
• Collaborate with installation crews, offering both direction and hands-on support when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after project completion.
• Drive customer satisfaction and help grow the company’s reputation for quality work.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial drainage systems.
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lead a crew while also contributing hands-on.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
